Troubleshooting
Quick fixes for the most common messages and problems.

| "This version hit an error" | Your project crashed | Press Fix with AI |
| "The preview is taking longer than usual" | CDNs are slow or blocked | Try again; pause VPN or content blocker |
| "… isn't available on Appfully right now" | That model can't be used at the moment | Nothing was charged; pick another model |
| "… is busy and didn't respond" | Temporary provider issue | Nothing was charged; try again shortly |
| "Building uses a Pro or Max plan" | Your account has no active plan | Choose a plan; your prompt stays in the box |
| "You don't have enough credits for this model" | Balance below the model's cost | Renew or upgrade, or pick a cheaper model |
| "The reply was cut off…" | The response ended early | The previous version was kept; send it again |
| "Preview unavailable" on a Spotlight card | The snapshot couldn't be captured | Open the project (it runs live); owners can press Refresh preview |
| "This project isn't available" | It's private, unpublished or removed | Nothing to fix; it's no longer public |
Sign-in problems
- Use the same Google account or email you signed up with.
- Email links expire; request a new one.
- Third-party cookies or strict privacy modes can block sign-in. Try another browser.
GitHub won't connect
Try Settings → Connections → Connect again. If you previously removed Appfully's access on GitHub, reconnect to grant it again.
Payment issues
If you were charged but your plan didn't update within a few minutes, contact support with the payment email and time.
