Appfully respects the rights of creators. This page explains how to report material on Appfully that you believe infringes your copyright, and how we handle it.
Reporting infringement (takedown notice)
Send a notice through the contact form with the topic Copyright / DMCA notice. Please include:
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
- The address of the material on Appfully (for example the Community project link) and what in it is infringing.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is fine).
What we do
When we receive a complete notice, we remove or disable access to the material (for example by unpublishing the project or deleting the file) and let the person who posted it know.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, send a counter-notice through the same form with: your contact details; the material that was removed and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court; and your signature. We may restore the material unless the original complainant tells us they've filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe others' copyrights.
